OneCue ("we", "our", or "us") operates the OneCue issue tracking service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our service. By using OneCue, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: your name and email address when you register or sign in with Google.
- Workspace data: issues, comments, projects, roles, and other content you create within OneCue.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and access times, used solely for maintaining service reliability.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the OneCue service
- Authenticate you and manage your workspace access
- Send transactional emails (invite links, email verification) that you explicitly request
- Improve and debug the service
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a managed cloud database platform. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) region unless otherwise configured.
Access to your data is governed by Row-Level Security policies — no user can access data from another workspace. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
5. Cookies and Tracking
OneCue uses browser session storage and local storage to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use analytics services that collect personally identifiable information.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: you can view your account information at any time within the app.
- Correction: you can update your name and profile details within settings.
- Deletion: you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
- Portability: you can request an export of your workspace data in JSON format.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
OneCue is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice within the application. Your continued use of OneCue after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
